Do you offer custom stretching?

Yes! If you have specific foot needs—like wide feet, bunions, or anything else—we are happy to offer complimentary shoe stretching for a more custom fit. Include your preferences in the "Order Notes" box at checkout. If they aren’t perfect after stretching, our free return policy still applies.

Can you help me out with sizing?

We design our shoes to fit “just right.” However, each foot is unique so we’ve also put together this size chart + fit guide to help you decide on your right fit. 

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

We're happy to help with a return. Return shipping is free in the US.

What is PIAR's shipping policy?

We want to get you your new shoes as fast as possible! 

Standard shipping is free within the US on all orders. Please allow 3-8 business days for your order to arrive (not including weekends or holidays).

In a hurry? We offer 2-3 day shipping (business days - excludes weekends and federal holidays) for an additional fee. Please note that orders with expedited shipping are still subject to processing time, typically 1-2 business days. However, we will do our best to get your order shipped ASAP. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable with returns.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Do you offer extended returns for the holidays?

Yes, returns are extended through January 31, 2025.

What is PIAR's return policy?

We hope you love your new PIAR shoes. But, if they aren’t quite right, we accept returns of unworn shoes. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your shoes to request a return. We offer free shipping on one return per order in the US. You’re responsible for shipping costs for additional returns. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Where are PIAR’s Performance Heels made?

The Performance Heel was designed in Seattle and is made in a  family-owned, multi-generational factory outside Porto Alegre, Brazil that has been producing shoes for over 50 years.

How should I take care of my PIAR shoes?

To keep your PIARs buttery soft and ready to go, treat them with a damp cloth and a bit of leather conditioner 2-3 times a year.

How does PIAR's preorder process work?

Full payment is due at checkout. The estimated availability date is noted on the product page, and we aim to ship your order on that date when the item comes into stock. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your preorder ships.
