Return Policy
We hope you love your new PIAR shoes. But, if they aren’t quite right, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your shoes to request a return. We offer free shipping on one return per order in the US unless the item is listed as final sale. You are responsible for shipping costs for additional returns.
To be eligible for a return, your shoes must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For eligible returns, email us at support@hellopiar.com for a courtesy return shipping label and instructions to process the return.
Returns must be shipped within 10 business days from the date of return authorization by our customer service. Returns sent after this time will not be accepted and return authorization is invalidated.
We will gladly honor a price adjustment for any purchased items that are now on sale if you contact us within 14 days of the original shipment date. This does not apply to items purchased with a limited-time discount code.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue a make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like final sale products, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Cosmetic Variation Performance Heels
Cosmetic Variation Performance Heels are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
One size exchange is permitted. Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchanges. We ship the replacement size at no cost.
Cosmetic variation may include slight variation in leather color, wrinkles in the leather insole lining, or faint variation in the interior logo stamp. These variations do not affect structure, comfort, or performance.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
