PIAR's journey began with a simple belief: Every woman deserves to feel comfortable in her own shoes.
As an avid runner, I LOVED my running shoes. When I transitioned from my morning run to dressing for the day, I wished my favorite sneakers could come along for the ride. That sparked an idea: What if everyday dress shoes could be as comfortable as running shoes? I discovered a missed opportunity: the science behind my beloved running shoes hadn’t been applied to stylish dress shoes I'd want to wear. PIAR was born.
With the same determination I poured into triathlon training, I took off designing PIAR shoes, starting with The Performance Heel. Countless hours and miles were invested in every detail: design, cushioning, contours, materials, and style to make sure they're ready to take you anywhere you want to go.
