Shipping Policy

How long will it take to get my new shoes?

We want to get you your new shoes as fast as possible! 

Standard shipping is free within the U.S. on all orders and returns (limit of one free return per pair per order). Please allow 3-8 business days for your order to arrive (not including weekends or holidays).

In a hurry? We offer 2-3 day shipping (business days - excludes weekends and federal holidays) for an additional fee. Please note that orders with expedited shipping are still subject to processing time, typically 1-2 business days. However, we will do our best to get your order shipped ASAP. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable with returns.

We do not ship internationally, but hope to soon.

What happens if my order doesn't arrive on time?

We do our best to get your order out quickly, but shipping delays can sometimes happen. If your order is taking too long, please contact us and we'll be happy to look into it for you. 

We cannot be responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

What happens if my order gets lost or damaged?

Although rare, things can happen during shipping. If your order doesn't arrive or gets damaged, please contact us right away and we'll be happy to help.
